Near the end of our trip, we bought (very cheap) first class tickets on a train that traveled about 4 hours across the country. Our tour guide recommended the trip because of the beauty that we would pass through, and it was a brilliant idea!
Before we left, we took a walk down the train tracks to a pretty bridge.
While on the train, we meandered through tea plantations, mountains, valleys, fields, and villages with precious children eager to wave at us. A new friendship and a bit of sweet-talking by yours truly even got us into the engine car! Unfortunately, I was not allowed to drive, despite my multiple requests 🙂
